Connor Teague

CEO & Co-founder

  • Connor Teague is a recognized expert in the field of quantum computing, renowned for his expertise in strategic partnerships, and ecosystem development. With a passion for driving innovation, Connor plays a pivotal role in connecting key stakeholders within the quantum community.

    A proven track record of fostering collaboration between key stakeholders in the quantum space. Leveraging his extensive network and industry insights, Connor bridges the gap between investors and visionary entrepreneurs, facilitating crucial funding opportunities that fuel the growth and commercialization of quantum technologies. Connor has a Masters degree from UCL in Business Management.

Kris Kaczmarek

CTO & Co-founder

  • Kris is a distinguished inventor, entrepreneur and investor. He currently leads the quantum investment activity at the VC fund and family office of early backer and former Chairman of CQC (now Quantinuum), Niels Nielsen.

    Kris has a PhD from Oxford, where he developed the technology behind the quantum AI company ORCA Computing. As part of the management team at ORCA, he’s built and led teams in R&D, engineering, bizdev, product and AI. In 2021 he was featured in Forbes’ 30 under 30 list for his work in quantum tech

Niels Nielsen

Co-founder

  • Niels Nielsen is a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record in the deep tech industry. As an early and significant investor in Cambridge Quantum Computing, Niels served as Chairman, guiding its transformative merger with Honeywell Quantum Solutions to form Quantinuum, the world’s largest integrated quantum computing company, where he continues to serve as a board member.

    Niels has also been pivotal in the success of several other pioneering deep tech companies, including Kvantify, Sparrow Quantum, Fortaegis, Celus, Moth Quantum, Aqora, Great Lake Crystals, Oxford Ionics, QuantrolOx, QSimulate, and many more. In addition to his deep tech accomplishments, Niels has a proven track record in the financial services sector, having founded, scaled, and exited multiple successful companies, including Zedra, Vistra, Vestra Wealth, Kinetic Partners and others.

    Together with his brother, Niels is also the owner of Azure Hotels.

    Niels has an undergraduate degree from Brown University and an MBA from Yale School of Management. Niels has dual nationality: Danish and British.
